I've managed on-site construction activities for Suryakiran Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. on the Nepal Army Gorakh Box Gan Project, keeping work aligned with technical drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
I resolve structural and execution challenges, coordinate contractors, supervisors, and labor teams, and maintain detailed progress documentation, quality checks, and site records.
At Rhodora Tech Pvt. Ltd., I plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. I create reels, posts, and captions while managing content calendars for consistent brand visibility.
I use platform insights on reach, engagement, and follower growth to improve content strategy and deliver stronger results.
