What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep working on governance, compliance, and operational analytics—building dashboards and reports from SQL/Tableau, validating data quality, and partnering with stakeholders to improve day-to-day decision-making.

I build SQL and Excel reports at Bank of America to track audit deliverables, project performance, and operational metrics for enterprise governance. I monitor KPIs, analyze operational and compliance data for trends, and keep reporting aligned to 100% compliance.

I also use Splunk for production log monitoring and root-cause analysis, while coordinating issue resolution with global stakeholders. I document processes, validate data quality, mentor new team members, and prepare management dashboards that support project tracking and decision-making.
