For Marsh McLennan, I use PersonaAI with Azure DevOps for requirement analysis and AI-assisted test case generation, and LeanAI for AI-assisted execution, validation, and regression testing. I also validate AI-driven insurance obligation extraction using golden-source datasets and human-in-the-loop checks for accuracy, business applicability, and legal wording fidelity.

For Starr Insurance & Reinsurance Holdings, I delivered more than 3.5 years of quality assurance for Property & Casualty insurance applications across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims. I designed and executed functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and UAT coverage while identifying critical defects early through headless, black-box, and edge-case testing.

I manage defects through Azure DevOps and JIRA, validate APIs with Postman and data with MS SQL Server, and collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in Agile teams. I’ve been recognized with six “Super Crew” appreciations for ownership, quality focus, and delivery excellence.
