At ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd, I worked on customer retention analytics and data operations for the Health Agency division. I analyzed customer datasets and used SQL to support MIS reporting and data validation.

I built and maintained retention and renewal-tracking dashboards that connected SQL data sources to KPI trends. I also coordinated cross-functional issue resolution, improving service resolution turnaround by 30%.

In my AI Delivery Intelligence System hackathon project, I led a four-member team building a machine-learning pipeline to predict delivery risk. I trained and validated models with Scikit-learn and built a Streamlit dashboard with risk-score visualization and feature-importance analysis.

I'm currently designing MedKYC, an academic project for structured patient health records and KYC management. Its planned architecture uses React, Express, Node.js, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL, with JWT authentication and field-level patient consent.
