• InvolveMint: Redesigning a buyer-seller exchange and communication flow across 7 stages (dashboard, discovery, chat, coordination, transaction) for a B2B platform serving small businesses. Ran competitive analysis across 5 platforms to shape onboarding and gamification patterns.
• Partners in Education Roatan: Restructured a 6-step nonprofit donation flow into 2 steps, raising completion rate 20
• Owned end-to-end design of a mobile search and discovery feature for a 106,000+ piece collection, redesigning results into a card pattern that cut navigation depth from 3 taps to 1.
