Released production Conformer-Transducer models for Telugu and Kannada, improving Telugu model ranking from 11th to 3rd on Voice of India benchmark. Built Python pipeline automating quality analysis of transcription data, cutting manual QA effort by ~60%.

Owned a seller-facing platform used by ~50,000 sellers, shipping features end to end including UI, APIs, data models, and Azure infrastructure. Drove down service failures and migrated four services to a new Azure subscription with full regional failover validation.

Built a new product that auto-detected customers' software components from GitHub and Jenkins, using Node.js services and Azure Functions deployed on Kubernetes. Authored deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions and wrote Python tooling.
