What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can lead UX teams, build design systems, and deliver end-to-end product and chatbot experiences in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

I lead and mentor design teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences, with a focus on chatbots and analytics dashboards. I balance in-house product development and client-facing projects, guiding work from discovery and user research through final delivery.

My background spans mobile, web and learning-management system interfaces, plus graphic and social media assets, built across multiple roles since 2013. I use tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq and Zeplin to prototype, iterate and validate designs.

I build and maintain design systems, run design sprints, and apply methods like card sorting and A/B testing to improve outcomes. I enjoy mentoring teams and creating user-centered, scalable solutions that align design with product and business goals.
