system andI’m an enthusiastic, driven Robotics & Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical systems, structural analysis, manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and control systems. I’m especially motivated by projects where data and engineering discipline translate directly into measurable performance gains.

In my internships, I combined quality engineering with robotics-focused process improvement. At Mahindra & Mahindra, I led data-driven defect analysis in an automotive paint shop to improve Straight Pass Ratio (SPR) and reduce rework losses, applying SPC and root-cause methodologies to tackle recurring defects like dust, orange peel, and paint runs.

Before that, I supported real operations and supply-chain workflows as a mechanical engineering intern, managing end-to-end domestic and export orders and working closely with suppliers on sourcing, negotiations, and quality checks. I also helped improve an ERP system for streamlined order tracking, contributing toward a more digital, Industry 4.0-aligned supply chain.

My project work reflects the same approach: design, simulate, validate, and iterate. I’ve developed and analyzed a compliant thrust vector control system, simulated a turbojet engine using SolidWorks and thermodynamic principles, and I have also worked on projects like paint defect analysis in which I have performed structured automotive paint defect analysis using Pareto analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and SPC.
