Bhuvarasudhan Thirumoorthi

I'm a B.E. Mechatronics Engineering graduate from Kongu Engineering College, focused on engineering excellence, process improvement, automation, and manufacturing workflows.

During my technical internship at Sakthi Auto Components, I gained hands-on exposure to project-based production, process activities, workflow optimization, and production-oriented engineering environments.

I've developed projects including a colour-sorting serial manipulator, automatic toll collection system, human-following bot, adaptive street light, and smart mental health monitoring glass. My monitoring-glass concept was shortlisted for IEEE YESIST, Malaysia.

I've also won a ₹40,000 Design Impact Nest Pitch prize conducted by Titan and third prize for a Smart Straw Bale Counter for Tractor paper. As coordinator for the national-level Expelliarmus robotics event, I've supported technical workshops and cross-functional event coordination.
