I led the planning and launch of six furniture products, coordinating design, production, packaging, and go-to-market activities. I also coordinate production across three manufacturing factories and keep batch schedules and milestones aligned.

At LR ECOM Enterprise LLP, I coordinated category operations for a portfolio of 300,000+ SKUs. Through marketplace operations and execution planning, I helped scale the e-commerce account from ₹0 to ₹10 lakh in monthly revenue.

I managed Amazon FBM order workflows and SKU, inventory, and replenishment tracking at LR ECOM Enterprise LLP. I also built Excel dashboards and reports to track sales, inventory, and pricing performance.
