What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a supportive QA team, owning end-to-end and API test automation with Playwright. I want to improve regression reliability, collaborate on testing requirements, and explore AI-assisted testing workflows.

I’m a junior QA engineer with a strong interest in QA engineering and test automation. After recently retraining through the University of Helsinki’s Full Stack Open programme, I built hands-on experience creating Playwright end-to-end tests and API testing in TypeScript.

I’m ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level v4.0, and I focus on improving software quality through practical coverage of core user journeys. In my QA automation work, I built an end-to-end Playwright test suite in TypeScript, expanded UI and API test coverage, and improved regression reliability with reusable helper functions and modular test architecture.

I also enjoy bridging frontend and testing needs. I’ve built accessible frontend features in React and TypeScript, integrated functionality with backend APIs using React hooks and asynchronous data handling, and collaborated within existing codebases to support feature development, debugging, and user account workflows.

Beyond day-to-day testing, I’m exploring how AI can strengthen quality processes. On my CrossStitchAI project, I implemented Playwright end-to-end tests for critical flows and built an API integration layer for OpenAI image generation, adding rate limiting, logging, and system safeguards while optimizing the pipeline to reduce generation costs by 15%.
