I want to lead Appian BPM deliveries end-to-end—partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, build integrations and automations, and improve production stability—while contributing to organisational continuous growth.

I’m an Appian Certified Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience (3+ years offshore, 1.5 years onsite) designing, developing, and maintaining Appian applications. I specialize in Appian BPM for banking environments and system integrations with core banking platforms like T24 and Equation.

Onsite, I directly work with stakeholders and users to understand automation opportunities, gather requirements, and support FSD/BRD preparation, project planning/estimations, and data modelling. I bring full hands-on ownership across SDLC in both waterfall and agile, delivering to deadlines with strong leadership over sprint allocations, SIT/UAT, production deployments, and support.

I build end-to-end automation using Appian (SAIL interfaces, process modelling, Tempo reports, business rules, data and document management, expression rules, SITES) and integrate via web APIs/web services and Smart services for external systems. I also lead reusable component development, run peer/code reviews, and create utilities for production support (admin actions, scheduler/trigger automations, version upgrades), including work across AML, Kofax, EDMS, CRS/FATCA, IBAN validation, and more.
