I'm currently leading Appian solution design and delivery at Hexaware Technologies for a reinsurance platform supporting treaty and bordereau processing workflows. I translate complex requirements around cedant onboarding, claims intake, treaty management, cession calculations, and reinsurance accounting into scalable Appian solutions.

I lead Appian developers through architecture decisions, sprint planning, peer reviews, and technical guidance. As the primary technical contact for clients, I manage delivery timelines, risk escalation, and solution walkthroughs.

Previously, I delivered Appian architecture and large-scale business-critical applications at eClerx Service and Vinfo Global with IQVIA. I've built reusable components, SAIL interfaces, data stores, queries, integrations, plugins, Smart Services, UI components, and POC demos while working closely with users and stakeholders.

Across more than 7.5 years in IT, including close to five years focused on Appian, I've worked with Agile delivery, SQL, Oracle DB, GitHub, SVN, JIRA, and Azure DevOps. I bring hands-on development experience alongside team leadership, quality practices, testing, deployment, and client-focused delivery.
