At AH Group of Companies, I built and scaled its India-based global sourcing division to execute 99% of global sourcing operations for industrial MRO repair.
I direct roughly 250 repair dispatches daily across 4,900+ suppliers, mapped 40,000+ industrial parts, and developed supplier scorecards, commodity intelligence, and repair-routing workflows. I also reduced time-to-source by 25.7% and led root-cause work that lowered the RMA rate from 42% to 25%.
