I'm currently supporting corporate actions at DWS Investments in Pune, where I process mandatory, voluntary, and mandatory-with-options events across investment and accounting platforms. I coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, sub-custodians, and market agents to manage elections, settlements, reconciliations, and escalations.
Previously, I handled corporate actions at BNY Mellon and Syntel, including process transitions, SOPs, client queries, dashboards, and team training. I bring hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg, Duco, SWIFT messaging, cash and asset reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
