At Deutsche Bank, I manage end-to-end mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across global financial markets, including buybacks, tender offers, exchange offers, dividends, rights issues, custody events, and market claims.
I use Bloomberg, Euroclear, host applications, and Citrix to activate and amend securities, resolve issues with custodians and global teams, and maintain SLA, quality, and regulatory-control standards. I also prepare MIS and quality dashboards, support critical processes through cross-training, and communicate with German-language clients by email.
Previously, I reviewed KYC and AML onboarding records at Incedo and supported Deutsche Bank corporate actions operations through DXC Technology. Across more than 10 years in investment banking operations, I’ve focused on accurate processing, risk controls, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
