I’m a Software Engineer focused on applying AI to real-world systems, with a strong technical foundation from an M.Tech background at IIT Bombay. I currently build autonomous whole-slide imaging software for an AI-driven health-tech company specializing in digital pathology.
At Spectral Insights, I improve end-to-end image quality and acquisition reliability through targeted pipeline work—enhancing camera quality assurance, correcting hazy stitching artifacts, redesigning Z-stack acquisition for greater flexibility, and optimizing rescan decisions to reduce unnecessary rescans while improving tissue-focused clarity.
Earlier, I developed ML models in applied settings (like blood donation behavior prediction) and completed an M-Tech thesis delivering >98% lubrication state classification accuracy and strong friction force prediction (R² = 0.83). I enjoy tackling messy, high-stakes problems end-to-end—whether through statistical ML (RF, XGBoost, regression), RL-based optimization with TensorFlow/Gym, or building reliable embedded data pipelines.
