I've resolved 31 OOPS policies within a single user story and perform premium, loan, accumulated value, and net surrender value calculations. I identify root causes of policy discrepancies and work with development teams when code changes are needed.
I prepare Application Requirement Documents, functional process specifications, UAT reports, and process documentation while managing work items in Jira and Azure DevOps.
I also communicate directly with clients on issue analysis and resolution, mentor teammates on VANTAGE, and use Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to reduce UAT preparation effort.
