I developed an AI-powered tender management system using Salesforce, Data Cloud, Google Document AI, and Heroku PostgreSQL. The solution processes 250+ page tender documents and reduced manual tender processing from 3–4 hours to a few minutes through automated extraction, opportunity creation, stage transitions, and real-time pipeline visibility.
