At TATATOYO RADIATOR LIMITED, I work as a Mechanical Testing Lab Engineer, testing automotive and EV components including radiators and cooling plates.
I conduct vibration, thermal, pressure, leak, and durability tests, and execute Design Verification Plan and Product Validation tests against customer requirements. I also perform Millipore cleanliness and pull-out testing.
I evaluate test results, prepare engineering reports and validation documents, and verify drawings and technical specifications. My work includes dimensional inspection with CMM and measuring instruments, as well as maintaining calibration records and sample traceability.
Previously, I worked as a Quality Engineer at SHAKTI PRECISION COMPONENTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and as a Machine Operator at MRF TYRES DAHEJ GUJRAT. I also completed mechanical engineering projects involving an automatic forklift, a lift arrangement system, and a wheel-powered agricultural pesticide sprayer.
