I partner with hiring managers and enterprise clients including Apple, 3M, Abbott, Schneider Electric, and L3 Harris to align hiring strategies with technical requirements.
I lead recruitment across Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D engineering, with a focus on product design, CAD/CAE, automation, and advanced manufacturing. I develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen technical candidates, and manage the process from interview coordination through offer negotiation and onboarding.
