What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead project control and cost/budget planning—driving accurate baselines, deviation monitoring, and decision-ready executive reporting in complex infrastructure or hospital projects with room to standardize processes.

I’m a Civil Engineer with 8 years of experience in project control, cost management, budgeting, and planning across the full project lifecycle. I specialize in cost baseline definition and deviation control, supporting stakeholders with analytical, decision-ready reporting for deadlines, scope, and cost performance—especially in hospital, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

In recent roles, I’ve led budget and CAPEX cash-flow planning for PPP hospital portfolios, managed executive reporting by consolidating multi-project information, and improved monitoring through cost and schedule deviation analysis. I also bring hands-on estimating and quantity takeoff experience (including Trimble AutoBid) for technical-economic proposals, with international exposure in Spain managing 65+ simultaneous energy rehabilitation projects.
