What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote roles in project controls, cost control, and BIM coordination.

At Aserfex S.A., I manage the technical office for a 13-floor, four-basement multifamily building, controlling construction costs against the target budget and reporting progress, earned value, and BIM status to management. I also negotiate and award subcontracts and suppliers, with more than 30 completed to date.

I coordinate design disciplines and use Revit and Navisworks to model structures and architecture and check for clashes before construction. After progressing from Civil Engineering Intern to Project Assistant and then Head of Technical Office, I also lead and train a team of three to four assistants and interns.
