I’m a detail-oriented Information Systems professional and Data Analyst with hands-on experience analyzing data, supporting systems, and driving technical operations in government and healthcare environments. I combine SQL and Python with strong workflow discipline to keep data accurate, secure, and audit-ready.

At the Social Security Administration, I analyzed high-volume case and system data to identify discrepancies, trends, and resolution pathways. I applied policy and system rules to resolve data integrity and workflow issues, managed work queues under strict accuracy/performance standards, and documented findings to support operational continuity and audit readiness.

Previously at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, I used EPIC to support patient transport workflows and equipment tracking. I maintained HIPAA-compliant operations and trained new employees on system usage, documentation procedures, and workflow standards in a high-pressure environment.

In my capstone project, I designed and implemented a secure relational database, translating business requirements into structured data models and database schemas. I developed SQL queries for data retrieval, integrity, and reporting while focusing on scalability, security, and efficient data architecture design.
