At Uber, I built full-stack compliance and onboarding systems that eliminated manual processes for US&C merchants. I also connected AI-based RPCs to a bulk image upload flow that processes up to 100 images per batch.
I implemented a post-offer image nudge flow with resilient retry logic and led design reviews for phased rollouts across five international regions. I also authored engineering review documents and an operational run book for those rollouts.
At Sprinklr, I built the Workforce Management module from scratch and developed OAuth and SAML login features, a rate limiter, and analytics dashboards. Earlier, I built a Slack bot and Java REST API during my Sprinklr internship.
