At Melfour Security, I advise the Division of Education, Skills and Innovation on security policy, operational requirements, risk mitigation and protective measures. I assess vulnerabilities, recommend corrective action and coordinate protective security for senior officials at authorised events.
As a Warrant Officer Class 2 in the Trinidad and Tobago Cadet Force, I advise unit leadership on training programmes and instructional standards. I coordinate and assess military instruction, drill and fieldcraft training, and support cadet development and unit activities.
During my service with the Barbados Defence Force, I served in infantry operations, deployments and domestic security operations. I led Bravo Company Reserves personnel as a Section Commander, served as a weapons instructor and supported Quick Reaction Force readiness. I also hold an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire.
