At Tazweed Technology, I provided technical support for cybersecurity systems and monitored security events to help identify suspicious activity. I also assisted with troubleshooting incidents and access issues.

I documented findings and resolutions in technical reports, and supported the implementation and maintenance of security controls and configurations.

In the Acronis cybersecurity solutions project, I supported technical pre-sales, prepared proposals based on customer requirements, and conducted demonstrations of cybersecurity and data protection solutions.

Earlier, I developed responsive web pages during training at Gestic Company and worked as a Content Moderator at CSMENA. I also developed an AI-powered application for academic coursework using machine-learning techniques to process and analyze data.
