At Loyalty Support Services, I work on security measures that protect networks, systems, and data. I monitor security events and help detect and respond to threats using SIEM tools including IBM QRadar, Wazuh, and FortiSiem.
I use EDR solutions to monitor endpoint threats, manage alerts, and isolate compromised devices. I also work with LinkShadow NDR to investigate network anomalies and improve visibility into suspicious activity.
I manage email protection and firewall security, including reviewing policies and investigating suspicious messages and traffic. My work also includes PAM360 access controls and monitoring recorded sessions.
I replaced traditional VPN access with Zscaler using Zero Trust principles, setting policies, deploying the client connector, and monitoring user activity. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering & Security from JORDAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY.
