What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can run a live studio floor confidently, coordinate timing and talent needs, and bring calm problem-solving under pressure—while supporting customers with professionalism when needed.

I’m a stage manager who keeps studio tapings and live programming running smoothly. I coordinate timing cues and instructions with the director, while managing movement of people and equipment in and out of the studio to support talent, guests, and crew.

I also bring hands-on audio readiness on set, including mic’ing up talent and guests and troubleshooting as needed. In freelance live and taped productions, I supported A2 audio preparations—dressing microphones and IFB earpieces—and partnered with the Lighting Director on staging adjustments, including INEWS experience.

Alongside production, I’ve built customer service strengths through remote work-from-home roles where I handled an average of 350 inquiries per week and met performance benchmarks in speed, accuracy, and volume. Known for attention to detail, strong communication, and staying composed under pressure, I aim to create an efficient environment aligned with company work-from-home guidelines while resolving complex issues with professionalism.
