SHELLAH GWENZI

I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with hands-on experience in administration, quotations, invoicing, and client database management. I’m currently a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student, building a strong foundation for turning information into action.

Through certifications including Oracle Data Platform 2025 Foundation Associate and Career Boost with Power BI, I’ve strengthened my ability to work with data platforms and reporting tools. I’m especially focused on transforming data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

In my role as an Administrative Assistant at Gentlemen Plumbers, I prepared customer quotations and invoices accurately while updating and maintaining the company client database. I managed customer records and administrative documentation and ensured consistent, accurate data entry and record management.

I bring a practical toolkit for data work—SQL querying, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), Microsoft Excel reporting, and dashboard development in Power BI and Tableau. I enjoy data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and problem solving with strong attention to detail.
