At National Authority for Military Production (Banha Electronic Industries Company), I conduct inspections and testing of wiring systems and electronic assemblies to verify product conformity with customer specifications and project ITPs.
I document non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. I also apply 8D and Root Cause Analysis to address customer complaints and reduce internal rejections.
I use SPC and Minitab for data-driven quality decisions, and support continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S. My research background includes antenna design, with publications on wireless devices and breast cancer detection.
