What I'm looking for

I’m interested in building a career in industrial operations and management.

At Lord International, I monitor Quality and Planning activities and track production projects against their planned schedules.

I also follow up on production activities, coordinate with relevant teams, and identify process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Previously, I worked as an HR Generalist at Egast Group, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, while supporting HR planning and employee relations.

My Industrial and Management Engineering studies included a graduation project on performance analysis and improvement in an auto parts manufacturer. I’ve also gained exposure to production and quality processes through training at Lord International Co., Cold Alex for Frozen Food Manufacturing, and Amoun Factory.
