I improved a field-service platform by eliminating N+1 API bottlenecks with Promise.all and built invoice-to-job and quote-to-job workflows that support its billing pipeline. I also created a reusable Vue role-based access control composable and fixed production data-mapping defects affecting pricing accuracy.

For a Vue 3, Vuetify, and Firebase home-service admin platform, I delivered Stripe payment processing, real-time vendor notifications through Firestore and FCM, and service-management tooling. I've also built PDF and image ingestion for an AI chatbot platform using Gemini and Vertex AI, alongside customer segmentation and marketing email capabilities.
