At Shafa Bakhsh Karoon (Arya Hospital), I administer and support computer networks remotely. I monitor network services, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and help maintain service availability.
At Ertebatat Sabet Arya Axin, I performed NOC operations, network monitoring, internet network installation, and deployment. I also provided technical support and network troubleshooting for the Mabna Card project in Khuzestan.
Earlier, I installed and configured ADSL services at Tarasheh Negar Pasargad and Noavaran Rah Danesh ISP, supporting internet and telephone connectivity and resolving service issues. At Fanavari Ertebatat Tavan System, I supported POS devices and troubleshot related hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
I also installed and configured LTE modems and antennas at Rabin Novaari Barsad, and provided on-site technical support. My experience includes Cisco routers and switches, MikroTik, SolarWinds, wireless networks, fiber optics, and ADSL; I hold CCNA Routing & Switching and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
