I'm building Stu, a B2B2C agentic AI company in the grocery space. Our open-beta food concierge has 100+ verified users and plans meals, understands local brands and pricing, and assembles grocery carts end to end.

I embedded a Stu-powered chatbot into a live Shopify storefront and built production controls including rate limiting, concurrency management, structured event logging, least-privilege access, and continuous deployment. I also lead partnerships with grocery retailers and delivery platforms, growth strategy, and a three-person cross-functional team.

Independently, I build open-source AI and systems products including Robi, a physical multimodal agent that uses face detection, BLE-linked servo control, Flutter, ESP32 firmware, and Gemini Live to see, track, and speak with users. I also built TeamStream, a self-hosted task and time tracker used by the Stu team, plus local AI tooling such as LM Stick.

Alongside engineering, I conduct social research and write about technology, culture, and social behaviour. I've run original studies from survey design through SQL analysis and published findings, while completing a BS in Computer Science at FAST NUCES Karachi.
