I’m a strategic sourcing and clinical vendor management professional with deep experience supporting R&D, clinical operations, and global procurement in regulated environments. I lead clinical operations, R&D procurement, and vendor onboarding across global stakeholders while aligning decisions to internal compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

In my most recent role as a Clinical Sourcing Consultant / Contract Liaison, I coordinated contract workflows (CDA, MSA, SOW) and helped redesign onboarding and contract lifecycle steps to improve speed, compliance, transparency, and stakeholder alignment. I supported FMV assessments with defensible, standardized methodologies, and I conducted supplier risk checks (OIG, SAM.gov, debarment) while maintaining strong documentation standards. I also serve as an escalation point and subject-matter expert for complex vendor, budget, contract, and compliance issues.

I bring a strong track record of influencing VP/Director-level stakeholders across R&D, Clinical Ops, Legal, Finance, Privacy, IT Security, and Compliance to reach consensus on high-stakes vendor selection, contract terms, and budget allocation. I’ve implemented and championed systems and modules including Icertis and Ariba, supported training for 40+ stakeholders on onboarding expectations and data integrity, and prepared business cases and RFPs for CROs, labs, tech platforms, and clinical service providers. Earlier in my career, I managed procurement across manufacturing sites and international programs, driving supplier consolidation and measurable savings while ensuring DFARS/AS9120 and other compliance requirements were met.
