I’m a Windows Systems Administrator with 25+ years of enterprise IT experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical federal and state environments. I serve as a technical lead and advisor in complex, multi-platform systems, supporting 50,000+ users in secure, compliance-driven Public Trust environments.

I’m an expert in System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), leading architecture, administration, and management pack development to improve monitoring coverage, alert accuracy, and system visibility across Windows and Linux platforms. I also engineer and maintain hybrid monitoring for Microsoft 365 services—Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint—using SCOM and custom integrations to speed detection and resolution.

My core strength is building reliable Windows infrastructure—Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and secure configurations—then automating operations with PowerShell and System Center Orchestrator workflows. I bring a consistent operational mindset focused on performance tuning, capacity planning, patch management, and root cause analysis, and I mentor teams to improve troubleshooting and best practices.
