I’m a Software Development Engineer II at Swiggy, where I build user-facing systems that blend strong frontend engineering with agentic AI. I focus on shipping scalable experiences—fast, reliable, and easy to evolve.

Recently, I built DESK, an Agentic AI-driven conversational ticket management portal that unifies live chat, AI-assisted workflows, telephony, and customer profiles—replacing a third-party dashboard for 200+ agents across 120K+ customer missions. I also led a homepage revamp by architecting a server-driven UI engine and BFF layer, cutting rollout time from 2 weeks to under a day.

I scale AI voice-calling across new business verticals using intelligent retry scheduling and verified vendor lookups, driving 3.2x higher booking completion, 2.8x faster mission closure, and 30% fewer manual follow-ups. I’ve shipped Razorpay as a second payment gateway for 100% of in-app transactions and redesigned key booking flows using a Design Language System to improve conversion and reduce load time.

Before Swiggy, I architected a config-driven curation and recommendation platform in Next.js (MAD Award) and integrated AI voice calling into an agent stack. Earlier work at Bajaj Finserv Health included performance and SEO wins with ISR, an OpenAI-powered chatbot, and a migration from monolith to micro-frontend architecture—always pairing measurable outcomes with clean, maintainable engineering.
