Shashidhar Bhattad

I’m a Computer Science undergraduate with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP, and I’m seeking an AI/ML Intern role. I’ve built and deployed AI-driven projects, including a CNN-based music genre classification system and an NLP-powered incident classification and root-cause prediction system.

In my recent “Software Intern” role, I built an AI-based system to analyze IT incident logs—automatically classifying incident types and predicting root causes. I combined TF-IDF with Logistic Regression, and implemented a hybrid rule-based and ML decision engine to improve classification accuracy for security-related incidents and rare failure patterns.

I work end-to-end across the ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment. I’m proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/Keras and Scikit-learn, and I focus on measurable performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
