At Prodigal Tech, I analyze NLP performance across 16 client accounts, reviewing AI-generated outputs against human benchmarks and identifying error patterns. I build reporting pipelines and visualizations for management, and share findings with ML engineers to support retraining recommendations.

I also built a customer retention and churn project, processing more than 500,000 records and creating Power BI dashboards for segment-level behavior and KPIs. In my NutriTrack project, I designed a MySQL schema and built an ETL layer that integrates public food-data APIs.
