At Chatkrum Investment Limited / Chatkrum Hotel, I planned and analyzed three paid TikTok video campaigns, using reach, engagement, and cost per result to assess performance. I also grew the hotel's TikTok account from 92 to 240 followers and 2,100 likes in one week.
I designed a seven-slide Instagram carousel ad in Canva for a one-month paid campaign featuring the hotel's rooms, dining, event hall, and packages. I managed content calendars and created Instagram and TikTok promotional creatives using Canva and Meta Business Suite.
I built monthly performance reports in Excel to guide content and ad decisions. As a Data Entry & Administrative Intern, I entered and organized business data and assisted with monthly reports and record keeping.
In independent projects, I built simulated campaign strategies covering audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative concepts. I practiced campaign setup, targeting, performance analysis, and optimization in Meta Ads Manager, and produced a portfolio case study documenting the campaign process.
