What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international partnerships, market entry, and recruitment growth in aviation or related industries, with opportunities to work across borders, build stakeholder relationships, and lead high-impact marketing initiatives.

At Perkasa Flight School, I lead international B2B partnerships with airlines, cadet agencies, and partner schools, taking relationships from first contact through signed agreements and regulatory approval. I grew the school’s student base from 4 to 14 nationalities and secured training partnerships with VietJet and MAI.

I work directly with diplomatic and aviation authorities, including KDEI Taipei, KBRI Damascus, CASA PNG, and DCA Myanmar, while leading a team of seven across marketing, content, and events. I also bring commercial pilot training and hands-on experience managing private jet client relations, charter flights, and helicopter-tour marketing.
