At Infochord Technologies, I participated in the Employee Churn Analysis Project, analyzing attrition and retention trends. I examined employee demographics, tenure, job roles, and satisfaction to identify factors influencing churn.

I calculated attrition rates and used Excel, SQL, and Power BI to create reports and dashboards that visualized churn trends and supported business decision-making.

At ACCENTURE, I conducted statistical inference using estimation techniques and hypothesis testing. I also analyzed business scenarios to identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting analytics.

I presented findings and recommendations to stakeholders for the client, Meta, and contributed data-driven insights aimed at improving employee retention and reducing churn.
