At Codec Technologies, I worked with Python, SQL, and Excel to clean, organize, and analyze structured datasets. I also performed exploratory data analysis and assisted in preparing reports and visualizations for business reporting.
For my Employee Attrition Analysis project, I analyzed HR data to find factors related to attrition and workforce retention. I used Pandas and NumPy to prepare the data, then visualized trends across departments, job roles, age groups, salary levels, and employee satisfaction.
