At Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), I owned the end-to-end information architecture for a food-delivery web app, prioritizing seven screens around core user flows. I translated functional requirements into 10 user-facing components and worked with stakeholders to resolve specification gaps.

I also identified navigation friction and addressed it to improve the task completion flow. During development, I flagged scope tradeoffs to keep the build aligned with usability goals.

In my Hubspot Priority Desk case study, I diagnosed B2B sales prioritization bottlenecks and designed a unified workflow across three product views. I created explainable prioritization logic based on urgency, deal value, engagement, and risk signals.

For my AI Trust & Retention Analytics case study, I mapped the user funnel and identified the first-use-to-7-day-return stage as its biggest drop-off point. I defined Weekly Retained Users as the north star metric and prioritized improvements to first-week value, retention loops, and conversion.
