Led the iOS chapter at Kapitalbank, overseeing architecture, code quality, and end-to-end delivery for high-traffic mobile banking products used by hundreds of thousands of customers. Managed a team of iOS engineers, defined technical standards, and drove adoption of modular development practices.

Owned iOS development for the Rabita Mobile app serving hundreds of thousands of active users. Delivered Apple Pay integration end-to-end and led a team of iOS engineers, conducting regular code reviews and 1:1s to accelerate junior developer growth.

Led the iOS team behind ABB Mobile, which surpassed 1 million installs on the App Store. Defined the app's architectural foundation, standardized development practices across the team, and ran a structured internship program that converted several interns into full-time engineers.

Contributed new features to two production banking apps: Unibank Business Mobile and Albali Plus, used by business clients across Azerbaijan. Worked within a fast-paced fintech team focused on reliability and performance.

Simultaneously led iOS development and designed the academy's iOS curriculum from scratch covering Swift, UIKit, and app architecture. Taught and mentored aspiring developers while shipping production-grade apps with the mobile team.

Developed health and fitness iOS apps with a focus on smooth UX and performance. Implemented core engagement features that contributed to strong user retention metrics.
