At Digitate (ignio™ Platform), I was the sole UX designer for ignio Cognitive Procurement, an AI-powered enterprise source-to-pay product. I owned the UX process from user research and journey mapping through Figma design and developer handoff.
I designed a filtering system for 20,000+ procurement categories across five hierarchy levels, with multi-keyword search, parent-child syncing, and reusable filter configurations.
I also shipped internationalisation UX across five languages and designed validation and issue-recovery experiences for the Studio iWorkflow module. User interviews, card sorting, and moderated usability tests helped me validate and refine workflows.
Before moving into UX, I worked on HERE Technologies’ HD map data pipelines, rebuilding QA and validation workflows that reduced delivery errors by approximately 95%. I also applied UX thinking to internal GIS/ATLAS dashboards and contributed to accessibility audits and remediation work.
