I developed interactive Power BI dashboards with KPIs, visualizations, and data models. My projects include hospital performance analytics and an HR dashboard analyzing attrition, demographics, and workforce metrics.
I also used SQL to analyze bank customer churn and Tableau to visualize retail sales, profit, customer segments, and regional performance. I hold an M.Sc. in Information Technology from Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women.
