I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 15 years of experience, transitioning from a Steel Detailer to an Assistant Professor and, later, a corporate instructional designer. My expertise lies in creating impactful eLearning and training solutions, including over 2.5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now, where I’ve designed 400+ transaction simulations, ILTs, and VILTs for modules like FICO, O2C, and P2P.

I’ve worked with renowned brands such as Juniper Networks, Schneider Electric, VMware, and Standard Chartered Bank, delivering storyboards, video-based learning, and ILT/VILT programs. I am passionate about creating learner-centric solutions that drive engagement and organizational success.
