I’m an MBA candidate with hands-on experience in operations, reporting, and data coordination across retail and corporate environments. I focus on turning daily processes into reliable, compliant workflows while keeping teams aligned and customers supported.

In my back office role, I managed operational and financial data using Excel and Google Sheets, preparing daily and weekly reports for expenses, wages, and cost tracking. I handled invoicing and documentation and supported GSTR-2B reconciliation, prioritizing data accuracy and compliance in every update.

Earlier, as a Sales Associate at Trent Ltd, I delivered high-quality customer service and improved in-store satisfaction by running accurate billing and POS operations.
